NCAA Cracking Down on Online Credits
Thursday, May 27th, 2010So according to this story the NCAA has decided to crack down on credits from online courses at BYU’s special online correspondence center
(among others) by athletes seeking a quick-&-easy path to eligibility. Is it just me or does it seem the NCAA makes “tough” decisions almost always about three years too late? “Well, it’s a start,” signed- Students who legitimately graduated high school.
First Holloway at Ole Miss; Now Osby at MState
Friday, April 30th, 2010Word surfaced today that Ole Miss sophomore Murphy Holloway would be transferring to another school. Now word via twitter from Bulldawgjunction.com (@thejunction) that MState forward Romero Osby will be leaving the Bulldogs’ program. Brad Locke of the NEMS Daily Journal and Kyle Veazey of the Clarion Ledger followed confirmed shortly thereafter. (more…)
